Terms & Conditions Payment Payment in full to accompany your order Payment can be made directly to our bank account, by cheque or money order Order Processing Your order will be processed as soon as payment is cleared Your order will be sent via Australia Post or FastWay if applicable Shipment Supplied with our Cone Zone® logo: Shipped within five working days Supplied with your logo: Please allow three weeks Custom Logo One or Two colour print only Minimum order of 250 units (240 +10 free) required No extra charge for printing your logo onto the holder Includes plate film positive & artwork set up Completed artwork to be supplied in the following formats: .ai (illustrator) .psd; pdf Extra artwork adjustments will be charged @ $66 per hour incl GST Once off cost Payment must accompany Custom Logo order Your approval of the Art Work will be required in writing prior to printing Please allow 3 weeks for delivery Returns & Refunds No refunds are available Product will be replaced only if faulty Every holder is inspected prior to dispatch No responsibility taken for misuse of product
